Terms and Conditions
1.To make a no obligation inquiry you must fill out the form on the butler services page.
2.We will then contact you to discuss your requirements further with you and if you are satisfied we will slot the staff member in for your desired date and send you a booking confirmation.
3.A 50% deposit is payable and a signed returned confirmation.
Remaining payment is required no less than 48 hours before the event date.
4.In the event of cancellation of booking there is 48 hours notice to be given, 95% will be refunded with 5 % retained for administrative purposes.
if 48 hours notice not given for a cancellation 100% of deposit will not be refunded
4.Your staff are there to help you as directed but if they feel the request is illegal or harmful to others they are at liberty to decline said request.
5.A booking is minimum of 5 hours and duration is as agreed.

We will not give telephone number or venue address to the booked staff until booking is confirmed 24 hours prior to the booking date.
